Fat Punk Studio ship products Worldwide.

All goods are packaged securely and insured whilst in transit to their destination.

Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout.

Please make sure you select your country of origin from the drop down menu to re-calculate your shipping rate. If you do not choose the correct shipping destination it will delay us processing your order.

All items are shipped to UK destinations via first class “Recorded Signed For™” delivery.

All items are shipped to International destinations via first class “International Signed For™” delivery.

Delivery of First Class Mail to UK destinations usually takes 1-2 working days.

Delivery of Standard Parcels to UK destinations usually takes 3-5 working days.

Delivery of Products to International destinations usually takes 3-7 working days.

All items purchased through the store will be dispatched separately.

If an item is out of stock or there are any problems delaying the shipping of your order a Fat Punk customer services representative will contact you.

Items will only be shipped once authorization of your order has been made by PayPal secure online payments.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from FatPunkStudio.com you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by FatPunkStudio.com will still be payable by the customer).

We will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the transaction within 5 working days of us receiving your returned item(s). If you paid for an item by credit card we will refund to that card.

If you require an exchange for a different size you can return your original item to us unworn in its original condition and we will send you your desired size. Postage costs are to be covered by the customer.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the purchase within 5 working days of us receiving your return. Fat Punk Studio will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to not refund you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
